I have been responsible for directing, supervising and teaching junior colleagues and paramedical/nursing staff since an early stage in my career.

This includes supervision during outpatient clinics, ward work and surgeries performed on an elective and emergency basis. I have also been in charge of formal and informal teaching sessions for medical and nursing students.

Corion Fertility Clinic is an ISO certified clinic and has also achieved its accreditation from FEQH. It is also a certified training center for Embryologists and IVF Technologists.

• Management of International patients at Corion Fertility Clinic, corresponding with them and helping them plan and coordinate their cycles and advising on other logistical requirements such as accommodations, Exchange rates & day to day requirements.
• Established and Directed the Surrogacy Program at Corion Fertility Clinic that is in accordance with the ICMR Guidelines and made it one of the Top 3 centers for Surrogacy in India
• Established a comprehensive Oocyte Donor Program at Corion Fertility Clinic that has excelled and exceeded the industry standards..
• Impart training to doctors for IUI/IVF. Explaining to them the various stimulation Protocols for IVF/IUI and teaching them basic management of infertile patients.
• Visiting Consultant Gynecologist at three IVF centers in North India. Helping to plan the batches of IVF at the various Franchisee centers and doing the IVF cases there. Conducting the IUI course from 2001 -2009.
• Visiting Consultant at Corion-Zygote IVF center. Managing the treatment cycles there and training the Doctors and embryologists.
• Managing the staff of 15 employees at Corion IVF clinic and delegating duties to the associate doctors and embryologists since 2010.
• Conducted 3 months Online training programs in Infertility Management from Basics to Advance for OBGYNs in Africa in 2022 and 2023.
